The Lord's Prayer – Forgiveness - Tim McConnell

We cannot come into God’s presence without the forgiveness found in Jesus Christ. With God there is forgiveness. The heart of the gospel message is the availability of forgiveness (Luke 24:47). We don’t find forgiveness by making excuses or by asserting our rightness. We find forgiveness by admitting our faults and confessing our sins before the Holy One, and allowing Him to take our sins to the cross.
