In July 2025, Family Connections plans toopne our doors and welcome families into our new transitional housing apartment. Help us greet homeless families in their new homes by providing a Welcome Home Care Package! With your monetary donation, we will purchase items such as kitchen and bath essentials, cleaning supplies, bedding, towels, hangers, hand soap, and shampoo to include in these care packages.
