Homeless Crisis Opportunity

Winter is close and our partners at COS I Love You are coordinating a citywide effort to expand shelter for neighbors who would otherwise sleep outside. Here is the simple ask: Pray. Give. Share. Pray for neighbors who need a safe place to sleep. Give through First Pres so more beds are available on the coldest nights. Share this invite with a friend who wants to help.

Give online at firstprescos.org/give and choose COS Homeless Crisis from the dropdown menu. Every dollar given through this fund will be passed through to Springs Rescue Mission to support the winter shelter expansion.

A Service of Lament

Wednesday, November 19, 2025 | 6:30 PM

Join us for a service of music, reflection, and lamentation. Lament is not about wallowing in sadness or glorifying suffering; it's about staying present in our grief and distress, wrapping words around our wounds, and sharing them with God publicly. We'll also spend time expressing our gratitude to God and His goodness, even in the midst of our grief and hurt.
