Counseling Coalition

01.10.19 | by Gladeen Ragland

At times, critical issues erupt in a person’s life that require the help of a sensitive and caring professional. First Pres is committed to helping people find support and guidance from qualified Christian counselors who can help meet needs and overcome difficult life issues. To that end, the church has developed a coalition of Christian counselors, licensed professionals who are in private practice locally.

For more information, contact one of the individual therapists listed. (Most insurances are accepted.)

First Pres of Colorado Springs provides this list of Christian counselors only as a service to its members.

    These listed counselors have:

    • Represented to the church that they are licensed in Colorado as a mental health professional and have been in private practice or in any agency for least three years.
    • Been in relationship with the Counseling Coalition at its meetings for at least six months.
    • Made a professional contribution to ministry at First Pres the previous year in a way that has been well received by participants, peers and staff.
