Responsible for maintaining clean buildings and grounds; setups and
teardowns in meeting rooms (tables, chairs, equipment, etc.); routine repairs; assisting in security/safety/health matters; and other duties as assigned.
Must report on time, work full shifts, and be flexible as to hours needed. Required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with some overtime required. Communicate with all staff, volunteers, lay and congregation, and represent the church to the public (must be neat and clean at all times). Must report in for time off at least 72 hours in advance except in case of emergency.
Full-time position with benefits; Pay $11.00 per hour worked; schedule/shift varies
Must be 18 years or older, custodial experience preferred, good verbal
communication skills required, must meet physical requirements of the
position, which includes moving heavy items. Must hold beliefs that are consistent with those of First Presbyterian Church.
