No matter where you are in your faith journey, this is a great opportunity to share a meal and grow in Christ together by taking one of the courses.
Offered regularly throughout the year, these one-session workshops introduce you to opportunities to learn more and create deeper connections at First Pres.
Our membership workshop is offered at least four times each year. It is an opportunity to explore the basics of the Christian faith, meeting and learn form our pastors in a personal setting, hear about what makes us First Pres, interact with other new folks, and share your faith story and spiritual gifts.
With opportunities for infants to students in High School, there are plenty of ways for families and volunteers to connect and help raise kids in the faith.
Meeting regularly on Thursdays, MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is a relevant and caring network, making moms better moms through trusted resources and relationships. MOMSnext meets regularly on Wednesdays and is a space for moms with kids too old for MOPS.
Whether in a Life Group, Bible study, or over lunch, there is an opportunity for women to come together and continue to grow in Christ.

With regularly scheduled events, these are opportunities to walk with other men to become the best you can be.
Alpha is a series of discussions, each including a meal, a talk on an aspect of faith from a Christian perspective and a chance to say what you think and ask questions in a small group. The next Alpha will begin September 11.
Grief Workshop is designed to help those grieving the death of a loved one by providing an emotionally safe environment and tools for dealing with the loss. It provides growth opportunities from a Christian perspective leading to health and wholeness. The Fall Grief Workshop will run Mondays from September 9 - October 21.
